More scientific proof that how you feel can
adversely affect your physical health!

This past week news came out of California that was almost completely buried by the tragedy of the fires there. But I am so glad that it caught my eye because its results are most interesting. It's more proof from scientists that how we feel can impact our health.

The researchers took a team of volunteers and asked them a battery of questions regarding their friendships and how much they felt that they were a part of today's society. Based on the responses, they then scored each individual on their level of perceived social inclusion. The participants then underwent a series of physical examinations, including blood tests.
